Free Shipping (US Orders Over $59)

• Free ground shipping for US orders over $59.
• Not shipped to: P.O. Box, APO, FPO, DPO, and military addresses.

Shipping Methods

Standard ground shipping via UPS, FedEx, or USPS.

Continental US (excluding Alaska & Hawaii)

• Free shipping for orders over $59.
• $9.90 shipping fee for orders under $59.

Alaska & Hawaii

• Free shipping for orders over $99.
• $19 shipping fee for orders under $99.

International shipping is not supported at this time.

Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
• Changes or cancellations are not allowed once processing begins.
• Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time

Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days but may take longer during high order volumes or peak seasons.

Shipping Difficulties

• If the address is insufficient, the postal code is missing, or recipient information is incorrect, we will contact you for updated information.
• If no response is received within 2–3 days, the order will be canceled.

Order Tracking

• Tracking numbers are provided in the shipping confirmation email.
• All orders can be tracked on your account page.

Damaged Goods

• K-Gallery is not responsible for products damaged during shipping.
• File a claim with the shipping carrier if products are received damaged.
• Keep all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
