Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be in the same condition as when received (unused, in their original packaging).
  • Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Process

  1. Contact us at support@k-gallery.com with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with shipping instructions.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

  • If your return is approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • If you have not received a refund after 15 business days of approval, please contact us at support@k-gallery.com.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Processing returns may take up to 30 days.
  • Refunds will remove any related points or rewards from the transaction.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to return the original item and purchase a new one separately.
